🌿 BAKED SALMON WITH GARLIC–ONION HUMMUS CRUST Simple • Nourishing • Flavor-Rich

🐟 INGREDIENTS

  • Salmon fillet (any size)

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • Garlic cloves, minced (use to taste — I use an entire head)

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Hummus (enough to generously coat the salmon)

👩‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  3. Sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant. Remove from heat.

  4. Place salmon on a lined baking dish and lightly sprinkle with salt.

  5. Spread hummus thickly over the entire salmon.

  6. Top completely with the sautéed onion and garlic.

  7. Bake for about 30 minutes, depending on thickness.

    • Salmon should flake easily and no longer appear raw.

    • Check early to avoid overcooking.
