Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
2 cups pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1⁄2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1 1⁄4 teaspoons 'Sea salt'
(optional - seasonings of your choice)
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Thoroughly rinse seeds and pick out stray bits.
Pour seeds on a ‘sided’ cookie sheet.
Combine Worcestershire sauce and melted coconut oil, pour over seeds and stir to distribute evenly.
Sprinkle salt over seeds. (other seasonings ?)
Bake for two hours, mixing & stirring every half hour.
Let cool and enjoy!
Store in airtight container.
