Overnight ‘Baked Apple’ Oatmeal (crock-pot)


  • Dice up 3 apples – any kind will do
  • Two cups of steel cut oats

  • 2 cups of milk (of your choosing)

  • 4 cups of water

  • 2 tsp. of vanilla

  • 2 tsp. of cinnamon


  • Coconut oil / cooking spray?  the inside of your crock pot to help keep the oatmeal from sticking

  • Add the steel cut oats (*note: it has to be steel cut!)

  • Add remaining ingredients

Set the slow cooker to low and cook covered for about 7 hours.  Baked Apples & Oatmeal cooked to perfection and ready for breakfast! Stir it up and add your favorite toppings / flavors. It keeps great in the fridge for at least a week!
