Thank you, Vickie, for sharing such a vulnerable and powerful journey. Vickie writes—
When I look at these two photos… I see a woman who finally found her way again.
The photo on the left was taken during a time when I felt lost and alone. I had lost my mom and then Chuck — the love of my life — within 10 months of each other. I was grieving deeply, overwhelmed, and just trying to make it through each day the best I could.
I tried tirzepatide for three months, hoping it would help, but I ended up feeling awful — acid reflux, anxiety, and just not myself at all. So I stopped it.
Then I tried a natural GLP-1 system for about five months. It helped a little, but something was still missing. I still didn’t feel good in my body, and emotionally I felt stuck.
Then one day, I came across a friend sharing her story about insulin resistance, and something inside me clicked. I realized I needed a different kind of support — something simple, gentle, and natural that worked with my body, not against it.
That’s when I found the Feel Great System, and that’s when things finally began to shift.
Not overnight.
Not magically.
But steadily… consistently… and in a way that supported me physically, emotionally, and mentally.
More balanced blood sugar
More energy
More clarity
More calm
Less stress
And slowly… more of me again
The photo on the right was taken just a couple days ago, and it represents so much more than a physical change. It represents healing. It represents rebuilding. It represents choosing myself after loss, confusion, and heartbreak. It represents hope.
If you are in a hard place — whether emotionally, physically, or both — please hear this:
You can feel completely lost and still find your way.
You can try things that don’t work… and still discover something that finally does.
And you absolutely deserve to feel good again.
I am so grateful I didn’t give up.
