Blueberry Coconut Popsicles

Vegan, Gluten free - Serves 8

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen

  • 360 ml Coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup or agave nectar (or date syrup)

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Mix or blend together and freeze in your favorite popsicle mold.
