"So since I had forgotten to bring complete with me on vacation last week, I basically started the challenge over. So, this is my week one (1 and a half?) results. I lost 1/2 inch in the waist, lost 1/2 inch in the hips, lost 1/2 inch of one thigh and 1 1/2 inches on other thigh, lost 2 inches from butt, lost 1 inch on each arm. So, total body inches lost = 7, total pounds lost 2.4. Reallllllly excited about this and it's definitely going to help boost my energy into the coming weeks to see more results. A few things I've realized happening that I didn't think would: I assumed I'd have more energy to exercise but I find having more energy to clean up after myself/ do chores when I get home, set the coffee before bed, things like that that just have always seemed more of a burden. I also stress less when I'm put into situations like a crowded super market."
