Jessica Fraley: I am down 4.2lbs after week 1! Also feeling more energized and sleeping more soundly! Eating healthy always makes me feel better!!

Karly Tennier:  Down 7 lbs and 3 inches in total (combining waist & hips) . Feeling much more energized also !

Megan Heidt I’ve had so much more energy and I feel like a whole different person almost 😄
My clothes do feel a little looser, and the scale says I’m down six pounds!!!
