After 3 weeks doing GetFit21, I did not lose any weight, but I lost a total of 3.75 inches. I most improved in sticking to 4-4-12 and exercising every single day! I can see a slight difference in my before and after photos - my tummy is a little smaller. I am already starting another challenge and hope to continue to build the new exercise habit and hopefully break through the weight plateau too. Although if my weight never changes and I keep dropping inches, I will be very happy.
